Bulgaria and Romania are second hand members of EU???

Yestarday France and Germany Governmants are send letter to EU Comision , against includind Bulgaria and Romania in Shengen agreement.
For me, that is real example for discrimination of bulgarian and romanian people.Have a lot of examples about discrimination of  citizens if this countries,like forbiden of jobs in France and Germany  without pemit, etc...
We bulgarian,by goods,use service of french and germany companies.They have possiblies to do profit here and the same time,this countries use is like monkey.
And for all problems in EU-Bulgarian and Romanian is giulty.
Stop use Bulgarian and Romanian like WC paiper!
If Bulgarian and Romanian Govermants is bad,coruption and etc..That is not problem of people in this countries.
AGREMENT BETWEEN EU AND BULGARIA AND ROMANIA WAS SIGN WITH YOUR GOVERNMENTS!
But I don't want to write so long obout this problems.
I will start to prepare my claim to Justice for Human Rights in Strasburg about this screemeng discrimination in EU.
